I get the requisite 8 hours a night for the most part. the only time I don’t sleep much is if I’m anxious about something; a flight, my dogs, a freelance gig. otherwise, I sleep like the dead. many of my friends are quite jealous of how deep a sleeper I really am and it is deep. I sleep like the dead with nothing bothering me ever. there is a reason for that, which I will share in a later post.Read More »
