– for as long as i can remember i have been aware of aging, as early as 16 i started using eye cream to prevent wrinkles so it’s no surprise to me that i have upgraded since then to Racinne’s Lady M. beauty technology has come a long way in recent years, from the introduction of the facial brush ( Shisedo)to the Clarisonic we have always been interested in new ways to achieve younger, smoother looking skin. i’m okay with being called vain ( keeping it 100), and because of that have a voracious appetite for anything new introduced to the skincare world. in this post i’m delving into the world of Racinne and all the brand has to offer in the way of new beauty technology:
i first tried a micro-current device 2 years ago with a brand called NuSkin, a company similar in concept to Arbonne and Mary Kay ( in how they sell their products). this device was very cool to use but way out of my price range, around $300 for the device. segway into my obsession with Asian skincare products and this is how i discovered Racinne Lady S, which you have seen us review on the blog before. it’s infinetly more affordable than other micro current devices on the market and i love to recommend it to clients that want to try out something new and not go broke doing it. Korean skincare and beauty products being all the rage now, with 8 -10 step skincare routines being embraced and experimented with by all different types of women means that i’m not the only woman looking for something new to try in the quest for fabulous skin.
– now Racinne educators recommend using a serum with the Lady S device as they penetrate deeper into the skin and are more effective in reducing the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin but i like to use mine twice. once with my serum and once more to apply my cream at night. i have to clarify that i only use the Lady S and Lady M devices at night as i have much more time once my son goes to bed than i ever would in the morning! i am currently in love and OBSESSED with the texture and feel of this cream: the Ultimate Defense Illuminating Cream from the Hydra Perfection series.
– i switched over to this product about 3 weeks ago, once the weather here in Vancouver started to get colder and have been recommending it to everyone since then. at only $46 for 50ml it’s a steal in the world of skincare i live and work in where a moisturizer can set you back anywhere from $150-1400. with benefits like 24 hydration and chalked full of de-stressing antioxidants like grape, lemongrass, maca root, ginkgo biloba leaf, lotus, privet fruit, peach, and seaweed that reduce inflammation and increase repair you can’t go wrong.
– this little beauty has elevated my eye care game, the Lady M Ion applicator is a smaller, more travel friendly version of the Lady S for your eye area. the purpose of the applicator and it’s massaging current is to enhance the performance of your eye cream/eye serum. your products will be absorbed faster, thus seeing results faster ( such as puffiness, inflammation/redness reduced) and as it also stimulates circulation you will also see a reduction in dark circles ( which are caused by ruptured blood vessels pooling in a specific area under the skin). for my routine, i will add this in in the morning if my eyes are puffy or i’m feeling groggy, otherwise i use it in the evening. for those interested in seeing the product in action check out their video HERE, it simplifies my explanation. to get the Racinne Lady M for FREE check out the link here for more information and to find out how you can win 1 years worth of Racinne products for yourself!
